Cos Cob - very weak. house closings down 44% & prices down 28% but condos strong.
Darien - very strong. house sales and condos way up, dollar volume also up 28%
Easton - flat. Closings down -4%, prices -8%. inventory even. dollar volume down -12% 
Fairfield - strong. closings flat but prices up 16%. and dollar volume up 15%. Inventory up
Greenwich - mixed. (condos too) closings up 15% & avg. prices down 15%. inventory flat. 
New Canaan - mixed. closings down & prices up 8%. inventory down 14%. dollar vol is flat.
Norwalk - very strong. closings up 14% & avg price up 17%, dollar volume way up +35%
Old Greenwich - mixed. closings down 21% but prices up 27%, total dollar volume flat.
Redding - mixed. closings up 16% & prices down 14%, inventory down, pending up.
Ridgefield - strong. closings up 13% and prices up 2%, total dollar volume up 11%
Riverside - mixed. fewer closings but prices up 9%, inventory down -20%, $ volume -5%
Rowayton. very strong. closings up +200%, prices +23%, inventory flat, $ volume +268%
Stamford - strong. closings up 6%, prices up 2%, condo closings up 10%, condo prices flat
Weston - weak. closings and prices down 8%
dollar volume down 15%. inventory up 7%
Westport - strong. closings up 14%, prices up 5% and total dollar volume up 20%
Wilton - strong. closings up 54%, avg prices down -9% but total dollar volume up 37%
