Cos Cob - very weak. House closings down -25% and prices are down -29% but condos are strong. 9 sales is the worst start in 8 years. 
Darien - strong. Prices rising 13%, inventory down -6%, dollar volume is flat +2%, closings down -7% but second best start in 8 years. Easton - flat. Closings flat 0%, prices down -13% but inventory down, dollar volume down -13%. The 4th fastest start in 8 years is only fair. 
Fairfield - flat. Closings down -11% but prices up 10% and dollar volume down only -4%. Inventory is up 7%;  6th highest sales in 8 years Greenwich - mixed. Closings up 28% and avg. prices down 22%. Inventory flat. Total dollar volume is down -6%. 6th best sales in 8 years. New Canaan - mixed. Closings down -10% and avg prices up 18%. Inventory down 13%. Dollar volume is up 8%. 5th most sales in 8 years. Norwalk - very strong. Closings up 30% & avg price is up 3%. Dollar volume way up +41%. Highest quarterly sales in the last 8 years. 
Old Greenwich - very strong. Closings up 22% and prices up 9%, pending sales are up 50%, total dollar volume is up 66%. Tied with 2017 it's the highest sales start in the last 8 years. 
Redding - very strong. Closings up 53% & prices down 14%, inventory down, pending up. Total dollar volume up 66% in the quarter 
Ridgefield - very strong. Closings up 30% and prices up +3%, total dollar volume up +37% Condo sales up +72% and condo prices +4% Second best beginning in the last 8 years. 
Riverside - strong. Momentum building. Closings +10% and prices up +13%, inventory down -26%, Dollar volume +22% An average beginning for the 8 year period. 
Rowayton. very strong. Closings up +144%, prices down -4%, inventory way down. Total dollar volume up +106% Best start in 8 years. 
Stamford - very strong. Closings up +15%, prices up +3%, condo closings up +18%, condo prices up 3%. Total dollar volume is up 20% and the second best start in 8 years. 
Weston - improving. Closings +10%, prices down -4%, inventory flat. Dollar volume now up 6%. The third best start in the last 8 years. 
Westport - very strong. Closings up +42%, prices up 16% and total dollar volume up 68%. This is the third best start in the last 8 years. 
Wilton - strong. Closings up 23%, avg. prices down -3% but total dollar volume up 19%. The 52 sales is by far the best start in 8 years
